Just thought about you yesterday. With everything that's happening here I barely find time to write, and am usually not focused enough to read posts - just my favorite list. And yesterday I was like "Wait a minute... There's someone missing here!" So, you're on that list now. Will try to catch up with your writings. Probably not comment, but at least read :-D

Did you write a post about Amyl and the Sniffers? Someone did, and I checked them out. Great stuff! I just forgot to add them on Spotify, gotta do that now before I forget again.

And the Jalapeño here are boring. Tasty, yes, but no kick at all. At least the ones that I have found so far. That's why I stick to the local chili varieties. We prepare quite a few different dips and pickles with them.

I either did write the post or i mentioned them to you I think - they're awesome aren't they!!!!

Surely there's a way to make those jalapenos have more bite... I do like them, and they pair so well with fruit too eg lime, mango and jalapeno chilli sauce!

Maybe to let them ripe more? Or let them dry? I'll ask the AI-Overlord some day... for now, mixing with really spicy stuff should do the trick. I'll know in 1 month, when the pickling is over!
