Still makes me emotional.

Warm greetings music lovers!

Last week I had the opportunity of re-watching titanic after many years. Surprisingly, I noticed that my eyes were leaking, yeah, I teared up again and again. I said surprisingly because it's been so long and I was of the assumption that my emotional stamina is rigid by now but how wrong I was.

The movie hasn't even gotten to it's climax yet and my throw pillow was already drenched. I was at first upset with myself. "How can a movie that's so long ago, floor me so much" I thought. Well truth is our emotions are fickle and they can triggered easily.

I am one of many who get triggered by certain movie genres. I could be watching a horror movie and literally feel the adrenaline rush through my veins as if I was the one being chased by a monster.

Don't get me started on football, I have played as a defender, attacker, midfielder and goalkeeper all in a span of 90minutes in the comfort of my sitting room.... throwing my legs at every angle, trying to mimic the players on the field and do it better than them, hahaha.
Once, while I was watching a game, I nearly broke the television because I wanted to mimic a player who played a free kick but did not get to score.

I felt that I could do it better than the player and what happened next was me kicking the television set from it's stand, hahaha.

How I am able to feel the emotions portrayed by certain actors and actresses in a movie baffles me...hope I'm not the only one here with this wierd trait.

Moving on, I decided to share the theme song of the movie that made my knees go weak and my eyes go watery. Yeah,My heart will go on. This song was also sang by my favorite female singers of all time...Celine Dion.

I felt chills listening to it over and over again. It was surreal for me. Some persons rarely get moved or touched by music or movies..they watch and stay static as if unfeeling and I wonder what stuff they are made of..like don't they have electrons passing through their cells. Y'all can come take some of mine 😁😁. Here is the link below...

My heart will go on by Celine Dion

The movie still has that spark that captivates those who are watching it. Jack and Rose are icons that would live on in our hearts and minds forever. The song says it all...near or far wherever you are, I believe that the heart will go on...remembering the good old days.

I also came across this lovely quotes below...

My feelings are too loud for words and too shy for the world...Dejan Stojanovic.

I can concur that mine is very very loud.

It's not sissy to show your feelings... Princess Diana.

Totally agree with that one, it's not sissy to show or share your emotions.

The aim of this post is to share a little humour and take you down memory lane...hope I achieved that...?

Stay awesome always and thank you all for reading and listening.

That movie is packed with emotional moments that are so contagious. For me, it's the ending that moves me more at the ship wreck at the ocean.

Haha that is priceless!

I never did watch Titanic, not my scene. Although the ship was built in Belfast where I grew up!

Celine the Dion.
I grew up knowing her songs as top of the blues💙.

For Titanic movie?
It's obvious I'm the only one that's yet to watch the movie, not minding its 100000% hype.
It's what it is😄

I love Celine Dion music too. My best is something like "water from the moon". But many others including the one you featured is amazing
