Old dance...all stars. TTT

Hello music lovers, it's Tuesday and yes it's time for ttt #threetunestuesday.

The weather was quite cold today following the heavy downpour which by the way was very welcomed. Due to the cold, the need to keep warm greatly increased and what better way than to dance!

I went to search out those songs with cool danceable vibes that could make me sweat and I stumbled upon these old school songs.

If I remember correctly, these songs were highly regarded back in the day. Once they start playing, children around would abandon whatever they were doing to dance. Truly the songs did not disappoint at all.

So my three tunes for this week are as follows;

Daddy showkey........call my name

This was a show stopper back then. I got nostalgic just listening to this song today because It was a really nice dong that appealed to all, whether young or old. Even the dance step was also a thing of joy to learn. I can't believe that I still can't dance galala but if you can then please dance away 😁

Marvelous Benji......swo

This song was an upgrade as the singer tried to introduce a new dance step to his beat and it was cool. Musicians back then wanted to carve out a niche and be known for starting up something, hence new dance steps were introduced frequently. Swo is quite simple to get all you need to do is bend your waist, arch your arms and legs and go gaga, hehe.

Ghetto all stars

Then we ate onto the climax of my tunes for this week and this song also got me heated up from all the dancing. Best of all, this song consisted of the then all star musicians from the ghetto. The late musician Siund Sultan is also featured and I couldn't help but shake my head at the wave of nostalgia that hit me. This is a song to come out and dance, so I invite you all to dance to the beats, however way you can and get lost dancing to the music.
