Words that bring life.

There are words or thoughts I believe shouldn't be said because one can speak. The weight which our words or thoughts carry is bigger than we expect sometimes, which can be dangerous.

The fact that we have a heart that beats and we can reason and feel different sorts of emotions makes it crucial when it comes to our words and actions either to ourselves or to others.

Words and thoughts can either make us or mar us, which is why speaking just because we have a mouth without assessing the situation at hand or without thinking can really turn things widely apart. With this, we end up hurting ourselves with thoughts and words that shouldn't even be in existence.

We question everything we do with every negative thought or word we can think of, and in the end, we get frustrated. This is why I believe our anger and frustration are one of the reasons we end up hurting others and ourselves in the process because we speak words or act in ways that we end up wishing we didn't.

In some cases, we end up getting busier with more work and keep pushing ourselves with every breath we have, and the more we do that and let in negative thoughts, angst takes over.

Words that bring life?

I know it is hard to speak those words to ourselves, especially in this world of ours where rest is underrated and the quest for money is where our energy is found. This is why taking a moment to rest even before our body forces us to is of absolute necessity.

Have you ever tried having a moment alone where it is just you and the rising and falling of your chest? If you haven't tried that, then create time for such a moment because moments like that really help ease your mind. I can say this because I have been taking lots of such moments lately, and it has been very helpful. With this, you'd notice the change in your words and actions to yourself and others, too.

Speaking positive words to yourself on a daily basis matters. Your words should bring life, not chaos, to those around you. If you are depressed or can't think of anything positive to say to yourself yet, why not speak to someone who you know is filled with life. You can also talk to your wall or listen to motivational podcasts or join groups where you can share how you feel.

However, the best way out of depression starts from within. You can start by appreciating every little thing that comes your way, and before you know it, you can also be the one speaking;

"...the words that bring life."

Ps: I had to rewrite this the moment I finished writing because I lost it. I mistakenly pressed paste instead of copy, hehe and I wanted to sulk around, lol, but I decided to give it a shot again.
Still yours truly,
Balikis.

Thanks for reading and listening.

Peace be unto those who crave it and more to those who chase it away.

Words are powerful. Just like eggs, they cannot be put together again once released.

Learning to speak life to ourselves I very important because what we feed the ear gate goes to settle in the mind and from there, it begins to germinate, creating a life that follows what we have speaking over time.

Exactly. What we speak indeed settles in, but sometimes we face that dilemma.

That's why one should think before speaking and not think after speaking. We should be concerned about our words.

Very true. In all we do, be it in a day or week, we have to take a moment and rest.

Wonderful words has to come out from our mouth than words that can mar us. The deal is, it makes no sense to say stuffs that can not promotes our wellbeing.

I like how you point out the danger of unpleasant words, and why we need to let good words come out of us.
