Three Tunes Tuesday: This is Nigeria...
Today is here with its tunes by @ablaze, and I have brought in Folarin Falana, known as Falz, to give us those hits.
Also, in preparedness for the #protests that have already been going on in some states and set to begin tomorrow in other places due to the economic crises, bad leadership, and countless hardships faced by the citizens.
It is always sad whenever I see all that is happening in the country. How we all try to survive the hardship every time it hits us because the governments don't just care. Well, I guess politicking is more like that unless there's an election coming then. It is different.
Food and water are the basic needs that shouldn't be hard to get even for an average person but... imagine the world where even the average individual struggles to eat just one meal. Stop there! The imagination can stop now because it is highly visible in Nigeria.
Truly, I am scared for those that are going to protest because I can never forget the Lekki tollgate massacre where a lot of people were killed and very few was recorded. The government even denied it. I fear this brutal action may repeat itself, but still... We all have a right to protest, sadly not in a country that greets protesters with an army tank and heavy weapons while soldiers die daily on the battlefield because there are no weapons.
The sad truth of life. I hope everyone will be safe this time around though, the threats online by people who have been "bought" by the government are very concerning. Still, I wish every protesters good luck. Now, back to Falz.
Folarin Falana, better known by his stage name Falz, is a Nigerian rapper, songwriter, and actor. He was born on 27 October 1990 and has been a voice to the citizens through his music.
His music speaks about the country, its governing body, and yes, the citizens.
Talk; Falz.
Hypocrite; Falz ft.
Moral instructions;Falz.
Yeah, I know it is #threetunestuesday, but I couldn't help adding this tune to the list. The song speaks so much of the crimes in the country, bribery, corruptio, and every kleptomaniac actions by everyone in the country.
This is Nigeria; Falz.
And yeah, that's it for today.
All videos used were gotten from #YouTube.
Still yours truly,
Balikis.
Thanks for reading and listening.
Peace be unto those who crave it and more to those who chase it away.
That last one is a banger, with a clear message!
Yeah, you sure are right El jefe. Howdy 😎

The last one is my fave because it relates to how current state of the country . I hope the protest goes well.
