Rebecca Chronicles; Chapter Six

When it feels like you are going crazy overnight, seeing a doctor should be a start toward recovery- Quote by Me.
Mental Warfare.
Unable to have a good sleep, Rebecca's Obsessive Compulsive Disorder spiked up to a larger percentage, and she knew without anyone having to tell her that she needed help.
Going through Raymond, Jisoo's boyfriend would have been nice, but Rebecca didn't want Jisoo to worry, so she picked up her phone and searched through hospitals close to her. The more research she made, the more she wasn't sure about going through it.
So, instead of letting that take her whole day, Rebecca started cooking. Unlike other days, Rebecca made a lot of food and decided to visit two charity homes at once.
It was already noon when she wrapped up her cooking. Got herself ready as she began the journey to the first charity home far away from home where she got to spend a few hours with the people around the charity home.
Not wasting time, she headed for another one and stayed longer caring for people in the Charity home.
She had picked up food to give an elderly woman when her hands hit someone's body, which sent not only the food package flying but her herself.
Rebecca expected the painful impact on the part of her body, but none came. Instead, her heartbeat soared up as she opened her eyes to see herself in the arms of a man.
Quickly collecting her thoughts, Rebecca stood up.
”I am sorry, and thanks for the help.” Rebecca said calmly.
”Oh, no. I should be the one to apologize. I am sorry, Miss” He replied, stretching forward his hands.
Staring at his hands, Rebecca ignored it. Instead, she bent down to pick up the package to thrash out.
”Ah. I am sorry about that. I am Dr. Robert.” The person introduced placing his hands on his back.
Nodding her head in acknowledgement, Rebecca left him.
Half an hour later, Rebecca bade her goodbyes to the people in the Charity home as she found her way to her car.
”Hello, miss.” someone called from afar and turning back, Rebecca was faced with Dr. Robert walking toward her.
”I feel like I got off the wrong footing with you. Here's my card. My office isn't that far from the Charity home. I would like to buy you dinner.” The doctor said, respectfully.
Taking the card from his hands, Rebecca answered. ”You don't need to be apologetic, Dr. Robert and I don't eat dinner out. So, thank you.” she replied before getting into her car.
The moment Rebecca got home, she received a call from Jisoo, and it sent shivers down her spine.
With her mental warfare, Jisoo would know there's something going on with her if she picks up. Opening her purse where she had kept the doctor's business card, Rebecca walked into her room as she settled in.
The card read, “Psychiatrist doctor" at the back, and Rebecca feels like she might need his help.
Picking up her phone, she sent a voice message to Jisoo telling her of the things she did today after countless practices to make sure her voice sounds good.
Then she headed over to shower and braced herself up to face her demons once more.
Panting hard, Rebecca closed her eyes tightly while she placed both hands on her ears as her imagination ran wild.
Unable to control her thoughts, she found herself opening her laptop to continue the story as it came forth.
“Running as fast as possible, Annie held her heart. Nowhere was safe for her. Holding on her chest, she decided to take a rest, but the snap of a branch caught her attention. Twines of grass snake toward her legs, holding her captive as Annie struggled to be free…”
Typing away on her laptop, Rebecca could feel the fears of her character like it was hers. It was as if she was the one in the story and her leg ache.
Screaming loudly, Rebecca cried out as the sound of thunder rumbled.
”No…no!” Rebecca screamed, running out of her room. She missed a step and slipped, falling face flat on the cold hard floor as more darkness descended on her.
The crowning of cock mixed with the chirping of birds woke Rebecca up from sleep.
”Ouch!” she hissed, placing her left hand on her head. Her body aches all over as she stood up from the floor.
Walking into her room, she saw the mess created and a single tear fell down her face.
”It is becoming worse.” Rebecca spoke quietly to herself.
With pain all over her body, Rebecca started with cleaning up her room. The thought of last night haunts her and what tonight may bring scared her the most.
Picking up her phone, Rebecca found Dr. Robert's number and gave him a call.
”Hello. This is Rebecca. We met at the Charity home last night. Where'd you say your office was again?” Rebecca questioned.
Almost an hour after the call, Rebecca dressed up. She applied balm on the opening on her skin before walking toward her car.
Rebecca had never understood why her grandma had the car garage very far from the house but today, she understood as she bathed in nature's blessing.
The sun gently touched her skin and the smell of the ocean faraway filled her nostril. She wished she could stay rooted right here forever but, night won't be long.
Knowing what must be done, Rebecca headed toward her car, bringing the car's engine back to life as she zoomed off to her destination.
Rebecca drove for almost two hours before she got to Dr. Robert's office.
”Welcome, ma'am. Do you have an appointment?” The lady at the desk questioned.
”No. But I am here to see Dr. Robert. My name is Rebecca.” Rebecca replied.
”Oh, miss Rebecca. Please follow me.” The lady replied, and in less than a minute, Rebecca found herself seated in Dr. Robert's chair.
”Welcome, Miss Rebecca. How are you?” Dr. Robert asked.
Fumbling her hands together, Rebecca really wanted to answer with, I am fine. but she knew better.
”I am not fine, and I need help.” Rebecca whispered quietly.
