Have you ever felt the need to care more about yourself and have it done? You know that kind of feeling that pulls your heart that you just need to listen to it and do its bidding? Yeah, that's exactly when you need to love yourself more.

Doing the things that bring you peace and calm your heartbeat. The need to rest, breathe in and out instead of holding your breath. Never go a day without loving yourself. Whenever that feeling comes, listen and take a rest before your body decides to do it voluntarily for you.

I have always been busy. However, this time last year, I was on a sick bed, tired, worn out, and lost. I was tired of everything and needed to just rest. But when I saw the people around me, they gave me the strength to fight and overcome that phase. Ever since then, I have always had time for myself. Had the time to stick with me because no one can love and care for me better than myself.

Music was there for me. It is healing. Not just my body but my soul as well. Nicole's song "Stickwitu" is one of my favorite songs, and the lyrics are strictly made for me.

However, before we move forward, let's get to know a bit about "Nicole Scherzinger".

Nicole Scherzinger, known as Nicole Kea, is an American singer, songwriter, dancer, actress, and television personality.

She was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, U.S, in the year 1978, June 29th, which makes today her birthday. To celebrate her and myself for good health, I chose some songs to go.

This is one of my favorite songs from Nicole. I love the India kinda scene shown. The dance and the beat are music to my ears.

The moves alone are enough to get me all smiles.

Breathe... that's exactly what I am doing. With my eyes closed, I let the music lead me to my calmest place on earth where the sound of water and greenery fill the air and mind.
