Broken Wings.

It is the end. Yeah, it surely is as no human should feel this much pain. The excruciating pain that pricks the heart and almost makes it stop beating. How glad the soul would have been in the pit if the heart had truly stopped its merciless torture on a frail being.

It'd be nice to play this video as you read along.

Fate. This cursed word which had brought two souls together. At first, there was doubt from the other soul. A promise made from childhood needed to be broken, and that was scary. It was supposed to scare the heart, but the heart was long gone in the pit of love. However, the mind wasn't. It was sane and alive and pushed the soul forward, never to succumb to something that was sworn never to try out.

However, the heart thinks otherwise. It wanted to try out this new beauty it found. It felt there was some sort of purpose to achieve with this new soul, and the heart was daring, which left the mind conflicted and lost of words. Though, the mind wanted to fight back with everything it got, but the heart was stronger! Filled with love and vigor, it stood its ground more fiercely than ever, and it scared the mind to death.

And with a shaky hand, the mind succumbs to the love of the heart. The heart won the battle, and it was filled with tingling sensations all around it. The heart felt alive, and the mind watched in awe, though still very careful.

Days turned into weeks and weeks to months, which made it a year, and during those times, things were beautiful, though there were times the roses brought their torn to the surface. But, everything was fine and pleasurable even to the mind. It had come to accept what the heart may have seen in the soul at first. The mind was grateful and willing to give it all to make sure things worked out, and surely, they did.

There was harmony, love, peace, laughter, and whatnot, and the soul suddenly grew wings. It was a beautiful wing with a variety of things the two souls could hope for. Their thoughts are aligned, and the future looks great from far away. They spoke of times to be spent together in the moonlight and stars. It was a beautiful moment.

And then, snap! The wing broke, and the heart shattered, the two souls who have become lovers drifted apart one beautiful night without notice. Things seem not to work out anymore, and the heart bled profusely. Its pain traveled to the mind, and the mind was left insane. It felt pity and more betrayal that the other soul had truly left.

The heart mourned, and so did the mind. Together, they made decisions, and the more action they carried out, the more broken they were. The wings had been their salvation, but not anymore. There was the sound of cries and fierce pain in the heart. It became too much to bear that the mind took a drastic move as childhood memories struck in like lightning.

It was then the heart and the mind both decided with regret, "They should have never given love a chance." Suicide now seems like the best remedy. The last action to be taken for the broken wings.

”This is the sad tale of a broken wing that found beauty where it didn't reside. It is more of a pathetic tale of a broken soul that whispers at night for its lost love.

A sad story, repeated a million times. You only feel the pain of separation when you love. It is worth loving, I believe it is. A big hug my friend @balikis95

That's right. We only feel the pain when we love, and a lot of people have found themselves sin the deepest hollow of love. Still, love is worth it.

Thanks for stopping by.

Your post sent me into a reflective mode, may everyone in an abusive relationship find the courage and support they need to be free.

We are meant to care for one another, no single person is worth having one's life destroyed for.

That's very right. Thanks for stopping by dreemer.

This was sad and dark. I don't think suicide is ever the answer. I have lost people I loved to suicide and seen the immense pain that they leave behind. I find it heartbreaking that people can ever think it is the only way out of the seemingly deep pit they find themselves in. Reaching out to God, counselors, family, and friends has to be a better way. !LUV

I read your post through Dreemport this evening.

Yes, it never is, but at that moment, it surely seems to be the easiest way out of the pain the person must be going through.

I speak strongly against suicide and have seen scenarios where people get pulled in by life's tough choices on them.

And I do agree that with you, help is strongly needed in this situation.

Thanks for stopping by, Sam, and for the sweet dreem tokens. Hehe.
