Hey everyone!
For Vibes Week 14, we had to cover a song by Sam Feldt. I chose "Mi Amor," his latest hit with Anita and JVKE, because its catchy tune hooked me instantly.
Recording this cover was quite a journey! I recorded using BandLab, my phone and my earpiece. In my video, you’ll see me recording my first take. Later I added some parts to get them just right. I also added backing vocals to enhance the song's feel.
Since I don't speak Spanish, I rewrote the second verse in my own style, giving it a personal twist. For non pidgin speakers, "waka" means walk.
