"Veinte Años" es una joya de la trova tradicional cubana, compuesta en 1935 por María Teresa Vera, una de las figuras más importantes de la música cubana, junto con la poeta Guillermina Aramburu, quien escribió la letra. La canción pertenece al género habanera, y su melodía nostálgica junto con su lírica melancólica la convirtieron en un clásico.

Este tema habla del amor perdido, del paso del tiempo y del dolor que provoca recordar lo que ya no puede ser. Es sencilla en estructura, pero profunda en sentimiento, lo que la hace eterna.
