The lesson that comes with each day

Hello everyone, hope you're doing great. Yesterday happened to be one of the most beautiful days I've witnessed so far this week and amazingly it's the first day of the month of April. Deep down my heart I have a good feeling that this month is going to be a beautiful one with lots of good things in store to achieve. As someone once said “every new day comes with its blessings but sometimes we don't even realize it” and I also started believing that each month comes with its own blessings, could be what is split in the days that makes it up.
I haven't been feeling so well but that couldn't stop me from celebrating a friend of mine whose birthday happened to be on 1st of April.
I could clearly remember how happy she was when the month of March was about to come to an end, she talked more about fooling some people in the month of April including her boyfriend and mom.
One sure word I dropped for was that she is the one that started April fools being that her birthday was 1st April.

Yesterday was indeed a happy day for her even though she was worried a lot about how her birthday celebration was going to be due to the fact that her boyfriend was facing serious problem because of the accident he had with his vehicle that led to lots of expenses and brake failure was the one to be blamed but we thank God for his life.
As the month of March was about to come to an end, my darling friend and I had already made plans on how to celebrate her special day. We've already made our plans behind her back but even in her presence sometimes we adjust our plans using incomplete sentences which makes her even more confused of what we're talking about.
So in the early hours of yesterday, we've already made her birthday present ready and in fact when my girlfriend was about to give her the birthday present, I stood by because I didn't want to miss the birthday girl's reaction.

Honestly she never really expected anything from us on her birthday, she had already given us the things she had made available and took it as we saw it with much love and appreciated her efforts because we didn't even expect to get anything because of how she use to talk about the situation caused by the unpleasant event.
When my girlfriend handed her over her birthday present she was so happy, she never expected it. She then said “no wonder” because she's been suspecting something fishy between us since we sometimes talk in parables in her present. With all that went through yesterday, it was really pleasing to see her happy and in fact that is what friends are for. Uplifting the moods of one another both in good and in the bad time, that's what friends are for.

I sincerely believe that every good person should try as much as possible to surround themselves with good friends who will in turn care for them in the times they need it most.
