Push and Shove: No Doubt's Still Unfollowed Album
No Doubt took more than a decade before releasing their comeback album. "Rock Steady" was released way back in 2001, while their follow up studio album was distributed in 2012. It might be the members of the band has been busy with their personal lives while Gwen Stefani spend some years with her solo albums selling millions: "Love. Angel. Music. Baby." and "The Sweet Escape".
Finally, "Push and Shove" album was released, and it retained their ska, reggae, and dancehall sound which was heard from their albums "Tragic Kingdom", and "Rock Steady". "Settle Down" was released as the lead single off "Push and Shove", and it has similarities with the single "Hey Baby", with elements of ska, and alternative rock. The song didn't break records though reaching number 34 in Billboard Hot 100, and better at number 19 of US Mainstream chart. It only reached number 85 on UK Singles Chart.

"Looking Hot" was released as the second single but the song didn't make any impact. In fact, its music video depicting Native Americans, was canceled due to issues of cultural appropriation. Thus, a lyric video was released.
The title track "Push and Shove" was released as a promotional single, along with a music video. The song has the elements of "Tragic Kingdom", the band's most successful and breakthrough album. It charted on US Alternative Digital Songs and US Rock Digital Songs at numbers 22 and 30 respectively.

The album was a failed comeback for the band despite peaking at number 3 in the US, as it quickly dropped off, and sales didn't even reach Gold Record. In United Kingdom, the album only reached number 16. It may not be a successful comeback, but future reunions might do wonders for the group.
