My Tiny Desk Concerts favorites (EN-ES)
Greetings, my dear music-loving friends. I hope that notes of joy are ringing in your lives and that health and wellness abound for all.
Today, I am back this MUSICAL MONDAY to share with you my favorite Tiny Desk Concerts.
The Tiny Desk Concerts are short concerts performed on NPR Music's All Songs Considered radio show, next to host Bob Boilen's desk, hence the name of this new type of concert that has featured many singers and bands. In this page you can read about the origin of the Tiny Desk Concerts.
I learned about the Tiny Desk Concerts, thanks to my daughter, because we like to exchange and share our musical tastes. So, one weekend night when we gathered at my house to play Rummi-Q, she, in charge of playing the music, showed me the Tiny Desk Concerts by Stromae, who sings in French and who had introduced me to it before because she knew I would like it.
It was the first Tiny Desk Concerts I saw and I enjoyed it so much that we spent that night listening to more Tiny Desk Concerts by various singers.

Hoy, estoy de vuelta este lunes de MUSICAL MONDAY para compartir con ustedes mis Tiny Desk Concerts favoritos.
Los Tiny Desk Concerts son conciertos cortos que se presentan en el programa de radio de All Songs Considered de NPR Music, al lado del escritorio del presentador Bob Boilen, a esto de debe el nombre de esta nueva modalidad de conciertos en los que se han presentado muchos cantantes y bandas. En esta página pueden leer el origen de los Tiny Desk Concerts.
Supe de los Tiny Desk Concerts, gracias a mi hija, pues nos gusta mucho intercambiar y compartir nuestros gustos musicales. Así, una noche de fin de semana en la que nos reunimos en mi casa para jugar Rummi-Q, ella, encargada de poner la música, me mostró el Tiny Desk Concerts de Stromae, quien canta en francés y que me había presentado antes porque sabía que me gustaría.
Fue el primer Tiny Desk Concerts que vi y que disfruté tanto que, esa noche, nos dedicamos a escuchar más conciertos Tiny Desk de varios cantantes.
After Stromae, we saw the Tiny Desk of Rawayana, a Venezuelan band that we love and are fans of for the rhythm and lyrics of their songs. Their Tiny Desk is fabulous and fun.
Another Tiny Desk that I really enjoy is that of Camilo, a Colombian singer that I really like. Camilo's belongs to the "Tiny Desk (Home)" series, in which the design of the set is different, beautiful, it simulates a garden with vines that looks very natural and fresh.

Luego de Stromae, vimos el Tiny Desk de Rawayana, banda venezolana que nos encanta y de la que somos fans del ritmo y de las letras de sus canciones. Su Tiny Desk es fabuloso y divertido.
Otro de los Tiny Desk que disfruto es el de Camilo, cantante colombiano que me gusta mucho. El de Camilo pertenece a la serie “Tiny Desk (Home)”, en la que el diseño del set es diferente, hermoso, simula un jardín con enredaderas que se percibe muy natural y fresco.
