Learning the Flute

I recently bought a traditional Irish flute online from an Irish music store. It’s a cheap one but I wanted to learn some traditional Irish tunes. I already own some flutes made out of bamboo which sound great but I tend to just play and improvise with those. I thought I might improve if I tried to learn some traditional Irish music hence buying this flute.
I will keep you posted on how it is going by posting me playing some of these tunes with the flute. For now I’m gonna post me just playing the flute. It’s quite a large flute and I’m finding it a stretch.
