My First Cover With Kalimba

Hello everyone and community, this time I will cover a song titled “Ibu Kita Kartini:” using music instrument kalimba. Kalimba is a music instrument acoustic of Africa, which was popular and widely played in Indonesia. Musical instrument Kalimba that I use square-shaped and comes with a metal stick in the top of it. The Kalimba is also known by the strains of the melody is smooth and soothing.

I chose the song “Ibu Kita Kartini” because, this song is the song to learn the tools of music for the Indonesian people, when art lesson about playing a music instrument such as cover or a recorder song is always used because it is considered the notation is easy and well known by everyone.
