Las canciones que me gustan de ESTRELLA, el nuevo álbum de Mora [ESP-ENG]

Hace 5 días que salió Estrella, álbum súper esperado por los fanáticos de Mora (compositor, productor y cantante juvenil puertorriqueño), y aunque yo no soy fan empedernida de él, si rconozco que logra hacer buena música, disfruto de varias de sus canciones; y ante el boom de esto en las redes sociales, me vi animada de escucharlo a ver que tal y de una, traerles su respectivo Review. Así que a continuación, les hablaré un poquito sobre las canciones que más me gustaron de este nuevo álbum. Que particularmente su nombre, viene gracias a estar escrita la palabra en una pared de fondo de una de sus fotos de niño, jaja.

It's been 5 days since the release of Estrella, a highly anticipated album by fans of Mora (Puerto Rican composer, producer and youth singer), and although I'm not a hardcore fan of his, I do know that he manages to make good music, I enjoy several of his songs; and given the boom of this on social networks, I was encouraged to listen to it to see how it goes and at once, bring you their respective review. So next, I will tell you a little bit about the songs that I liked the most of this new album. That particularly its name, comes thanks to the word being written on a wall in the background of one of his photos as a child, haha.

REINA

Comenzamos con una de las que más ha sonado de todo el álbum y con total merecimiento, porque dentro de todo, la letra de esta canción es muy bonita, romántica, desde el comienzo atrapa, en mi caso desde la primera vez que la escuché, me imaginé un amor de pareja súper lindo en un momento sentimental cantando esa canción, jajaj. Las voces de ambos de ambos cantante (Mora y Saiko) compaginan muy bien para hacer que esos versos suenen como lo que son, románticos y especiales. Y otra cosa que me gusta, es que cantan desde esa posición de respeto y admiración hacia la persona con la que están, y no desde una postura machista y denigrante hacia la mujer, como suele ser común en el reggaeton.

We start with one of the most played songs of the whole album and deservedly so, because the lyrics of this song are very nice, romantic, from the beginning it catches you, in my case from the first time I heard it, I imagined a super cute love couple in a sentimental moment singing that song, hahahaha. The voices of both singers (Mora and Saiko) combine very well to make those verses sound like what they are, romantic and special. And another thing I like, is that they sing from that position of respect and admiration towards the person they are with, and not from a macho and demeaning stance towards women, as is common in reggaeton.

MEDIA LUNA

Esta particularmente es la segunda canción del álbum, y es igual de bonita que la anterior, inclusive, hasta un poco más romántica. Narra esa conexión que se tuvo desde el primer encuentro y lo dispuesto que el está en construir una relación, demostrando amor, encanto y respeto hacia ella. De verdad a Mora no se le niega que es un buen artista porque ofrece ritmos diferentes, varía, y esta canción aunque no es una típica para bailar, se disfruta y se siente por sus distintos cambios de energía; le imprime mucho sentimiento y la hace perfecta para dedicarla. Que ojo, como leí en un comentario, no a cualquiera.

This is particularly the second song on the album, and it is just as beautiful as the previous one, even a bit more romantic. It narrates the connection they had from the first meeting and how willing he is to build a relationship, showing love, charm and respect for her. There is no denying that Mora is a good artist because he offers different rhythms, he varies, and although this song is not a typical one to dance to, you can enjoy it and feel it because of its different energy changes; he gives it a lot of feeling and makes it perfect to dedicate it. But be careful, as I read in a comment, not to just anyone.

DONDE SE APRENDE A QUERER?

Esta canción no es que me encante, pero la letra es tan profunda y real, que el que se identifica puede sentir en cada una de sus fibras esta canción, JAJAJ. Es dedicada al despecho, tiene frases que muy probablemente la mayoría hemos vivido; va dedicada directamente a esa persona que dejó ir la relación tan fácil, sintiéndose el peor de lo que ya estaba emocionalmente antes por eso, por ilusionarse (se podría decir), con alguien que no va a hacer que las cosas funcionen, y que sencillamente, aunque si por el fuera no, las cosas llegaron a su fin. Es potente el contenido jajaj, pero otro punto a favor, es que no se siente una energía de odio, sino de realismo y que simplemente está expresando las cosas como fueron y las siente; con un flowcito bastante chévere, además.

This song is not that I love it, but the lyrics are so deep and real, that the one who identifies himself can feel this song in each of his fibers, HAHAHAHA. It is dedicated to spite, it has phrases that most of us have probably lived; it is dedicated directly to that person who let go of the relationship so easily, feeling worse than he/she was emotionally before because of that, for having illusions (one could say), with someone who is not going to make things work, and that simply, even if it were not for him/her, things came to an end. It's powerful content hahahah, but another point in favor, is that you don't feel an energy of hate, but of realism and that he is simply expressing things as they were and he feels them; with a pretty cool flow, too.

AYER Y HOY

Y finalmente, esta canción que en si no me gusta, pero menos mal que me pertí escucharla completa porque a partir de la mitad tiene un mensaje bastante claro, que fuera del ritmo y la intención con que canta, puede ser bastante motivador para algunos por lo acertado que es. Le canta más que nada a sus haters, me parece bien que exprese seguridad por su carrera y talento, solo que la forma en que lo hace no me agrada tanto. Sin embargo, como les menciono, a final de la canción explica como es que él ha logrado estar donde está, y ha sido trabajando con determinación, sin envidiar y confiando plenamente en sí mismo; enfocado en su meta, y al final, ese es el camino de todo el que quiere ser exitoso en algo o cambiar su realidad... es interesante también el ritmo de la canción, y por eso, la rescato y se las incluyo en este Top, jaja.

And finally, this song that I don't really like, but it's a good thing I missed listening to the whole song because from the middle it has a pretty clear message, which outside of the rhythm and the intention with which she sings, can be quite motivating for some people because of how accurate it is. She sings mostly to her haters, I think it's good that she expresses confidence in her career and talent, I just don't like the way she does it that much. However, as I mentioned, at the end of the song he explains how he has managed to be where he is, and has been working with determination, without envy and fully trusting in himself; focused on his goal, and in the end, that is the path of everyone who wants to be successful in something or change their reality ... it is also interesting the rhythm of the song, and therefore, I rescue it and include them in this Top, haha.

Y hasta aquí este pequño Review de Canciones. Para quienes no conocían este álbum hasta este post, tiene realmente 15 canciones, pero yo solo escogí estas 4 porque son una propuesta diferente a lo habitual. El álbum tiene ritmos y letras para distintos gustos, pero para los míos, solo puedo rescatar estas. Son escritas más hacia el amor que a la lujuria, siendo esto último lo que más predomina en las demás y claramente, yo no lo prefiero, con todo y que tengan buenos ritmos, porque si los hay también...

And so far this little Song Review. For those who didn't know this album until this post, it really has 15 songs, but I only chose these 4 because they are a different proposal to the usual. The album has rhythms and lyrics for different tastes, but for mine, I can only rescue these. They are written more about love than lust, being the latter what predominates in the others and clearly, I don't prefer it, even if they have good rhythms, because there are some good rhythms too...
