Hello Everyone. I trust you are all doing well. Welcome to Hiveopenmic community. We are now in week 250 with the theme Long Night. My name is Ashiru, and I would be presenting a song titled Medicine By Timi Dakolo.

A long night is when someone cannot sleep as a result of worry, sadness, or pain, making it difficult for them to fall asleep.

Medicine by Nigerian singer Timi Dakolo was released in 2017. It's a heartfelt love song that speaks about the pain that someone can experience when our loved one is far away for too long. The singer describes his lover as a medicine, something that's so important for his happiness, comfort, and emotional well-being. Whenever his partner is away, he always feels sick and unable to sleep.
