Moses Akoh wrote this song, I want to believe that this song came forth from a prayer time because the whole song is a prayer when you listen to the lyrics. It's a heart poured out for help and wishing for a hand to be stretched out. He understands his reason for creation, understood his purpose of existence which is to worship. Not only that, he understands that worship must be in truth and in spirit. He understands that hands must be lifted in total surrender, nothing to hide. He seems to understand that there ought to be truthful release and so he prayed to he helped.
