Langford: August 27 2023
Little walk around town passed the Hyde Park pub where we played the other night; we walked for a fair bit without the app running.. 🙄😄
Ah well.
The weather was quite nice but autumn is only round the corner. It felt a little chilly for me. In the afternoon we spent some lovely hours at the open mic at the Plough in Langford where it was a matter of jacket on and jacket off. It was really busy unlike last month when many people were supposedly on holidays and the weather was a bit unpredictable on the day too.
Not so this time.
We had half hour each which was nice as too often sets are much shorter.
Woody checking up on the sound of Ray's setup. My guitar failed me, I thought I had had fresh batteries in it, they two C2032, but looks like they were old. I used Ray's guitar instead which is small enough for me.
