Practice: July 28 2023
We went round the park this morning and I sat on a bench with Mia on my lap for a while. She's been to the vets the other day and the outcome was that she should have antihistamines that people take and special shampoo, no need to change her food, which is good, as she wasn't happy with me changing things.
Anyway, that tiny 3-minute-talk cost me £46!!! Oh, I love her dearly!! 😂
The pack of those pills say they should be helping with anything that one can be allergic to, hay fever, dust mites and, ehm, pets.. And isn't it ironic, don't you think? 😄
When we sat on that bench I stroked her and tickled her sides which normally triggered a frantic reaction but things seemed to have calmed down a little I'm glad to say, at least for now.

Open Mic at the Hen & Chickens where Steve and I practiced a few duets for our gig tomorrow.
These guys called "Ten Strings" are great; they do a lovely version of "Man in the Mirror" by Michael Jackson..

Good to hear she's feeling better. Our neighbours just spent a lot more than that on their cat. Taking on a pet is a big responsibility.
