First day back at work and time was a little limited; it's been yet another grim day and it rained so much after work, that Mia didn't get her walk. I couldn't even make her go out in the garden to do her stuff.. my little fair weather dog. I don't blame her..

I spent some time preparing my HOM song which is uploading right now.

I shall get my treadmill back into action tomorrow; I'd not given it any thought today when I should have, but it was one of those "can I really be b..." days..
