Jogging

I actually jogged again for a change after missing it for a few days.
It went rather well, but I only ran short stretches to be on the safe side;
In the afternoon I used the treadmill again, love it.

Glorious sunshine this morning, but heavy rain this evening.
No getting used to anything.

Music

I'm trying to get some songs together for Sundays radio show and the open mic in the afternoon.
I shall report back.
