Hi friends
It’s another week and I find it a great Honour to be doing a song by Nathaniel Bassey, an artiste I admire so much** “You are God”. **
This is a simple yet very inspirational and beautiful song and I love it so much. I know there are times that things happen in our lives that we tend to even lose hope on the things and promises God has for us.
I remember reading comments that people made about this particular song and it reminded me so much about things in my own life. I think all we need to do as believers is just trust God on His promises and believe Him for who He is and know what ever it is He has said, that is exactly what He is going to do. Waiting and trusting May not be easy but it is the only way to happy in our service to God.
The fact that you may not have received whatever you have prayed about or wished for does not mean He ceases to be God,it only teaches us patience and His times and seasons. He makes all things beautiful in His time .
As the song says He does not need a man to be who He is and at the end of it all only His counsel shall stand. The melody of this song is breathtaking, and it builds with intensity as the song progresses. I was able to capture the emotion and passion of this song in my version, and I truly believe that this is a song that can bring people closer to God.
I hope that my cover of this song will inspire and encourage others to seek out the presence of God in their lives. I want to thank Nathaniel Bassey for creating such a beautiful and powerful song, and I’m honored to be able to share my version of it with the world. Thank you guys🥰

The expression you give out in your rendition, gives a spark of ownership or authorship as though you were the original composer of the song. This can only happen when you have internalised the song and made it part of you, then only can you present it as though it were yours. 👏 And truly, you have done this and it is really beautiful to behold.
Hope, trust and patience are rare virtues needed in this war-thorn world. We live in a world where people compete on whose vices are superior to the other, a world where pessimism has given sway and many people now find it difficult or feel uninterested in living virtuous life. Many has lost hope in God and lost trust in God, because they are impatient. They aren't ready to follow God's time. They've forgotten that God's time is the best. Hence, patience is far away from them. It isn't the case that we are perfect or that we still have everything intact.... naaa! We are always struggling and we hope God grants us the grace to keep the struggle active and the fire of hope and trust burning so that we may allow His will in our lives be done, rather than our own will.
