📷 Seized the opportunity

Summer is coming to an end and it was obvious that we should make the most of the last warmer days. So last weekend we went to the quarry pond once again. The water was already quite cool. But once you'd been swimming for half a minute, you could really stand it for many minutes.

Hallo liebe Freunde,

der Sommer geht zu Ende und es lag auf der Hand, die letzten wärmeren Tage noch mal richtig auszukosten. Am vergangenen Wochenende ging es daher noch einmal an den Baggersee. Das Wasser war schon recht kühl. Wenn man aber erst einmal eine halbe Minute geschwommen ist, konnte man es sehr gut über viele Minuten aushalten.

It was certainly a good idea to swap the HBD for Hive and power up. I didn't quite hit the low, but I was able to swap the HBD at a good price. So from now on I can vote with a bit more power. I've boosted my HP by around 5000 HP in the last few weeks. Next goal: 40K.

Sicher war es auch eine gute Idee, die HBD gegen Hive zu tauschen und aufzupowern. Das Tief habe ich zwar nicht ganz erwischt, aber ich konnte die HBD doch zu einem guten Kurs tauschen. Von jetzt ab kann ich daher mit etwas mehr Power voten. Um etwa 5000 HP habe ich in den letzten Wochen aufgepowert. Nächstes Ziel: 40K.

The fall mushroom season is just around the corner. My chanterelle yield in summer was really sensational. It will be interesting to see what mushrooms the fall brings. I have already found the edible birch bolete at the quarry pond. However, we left these specimens standing.

Die Herbstsaison der Pilze steht nun vor der Tür. Meine Pfifferling Ausbeute im Sommer war wirklich sensationell. Man darf gespannt sein, was der Herbst so an Pilzen bringt. Am Baggersee habe ich bereit den essbaren Birkenpilz gefunden. Allerdings haben wir diese Exemplare stehen lassen.

Im September habe ich zwei neue Singles veröffentlicht. Sie heißen "You" und "Healing Stream". Die Single You habe ich übrigens in einer frühen Version schon vor 2 Jahren hier auf HIVE vorgestellt.

Das Wetter war wie gesagt nicht nur sonnig die letzten Tage...

Our time together with Marley is now over. Tomorrow his master can take over again. It was a very nice time with him.

Unsere gemeinsame Zeit mit Marley ist nun auch vorüber. Morgen kann sein Herrchen wieder übernehmen. Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Two weeks ago, I went swimming again in the neighboring town of Bürgstadt near Miltenberg. It was the only pool in the area that was still open. Unfortunately, the weather didn't play ball that week. It was very cool. The water was only 18 degrees. And that was really cold and didn't invite us to swim for any length of time.

Vor zwei Wochen war ich im Nachbarort Bürgstadt bei Miltenberg noch einmal schwimmen. Es war das einzige Bad im Umkreis, das noch geöffnet hatte. Leider spielte das Wetter in dieser Woche nicht mit. Es war sehr kühl. Das Wasser hatte nur 18 Grad. Und das war echt zapfig und lud nicht zum längeren Schwimmen ein.

Summer is over. Autumn has begun. I feel a little melancholy. Like every year... ;-)

Der Sommer geht. Der Herbst hat begonnen. Etwas Wehmut macht sich bei mir breit. Wie jedes Jahr... ;-)
