📷 Entering the phase of melancholy

Hello dear friends,

the past few weeks have really been tough for me. I have some dental work to "undergo" in the near future - it's not really my favorite thing to do. But still, I'm working on four new numbers at the same time right now. Now here comes also the time of absolute melancholy. The best thing I can do now is to compose and produce a lot of new music.

Hallo liebe Freunde,

die vergangenen Wochen hatten es für mich wirklich in sich. Ich habe mich in naher Zukunft einigen zahnärztlichen Behandlungen zu "unterwerfen" - das ist nicht gerade meine Lieblingsbeschäftigung. Aber trotzdem arbeite ich gerade an vier neuen Nummer gleichzeitig. Jetzt kommt hier auch die Zeit der absoluten Melancholie. Das beste, was ich jetzt machen kann, ist viel neue Musik zu komponieren und produzieren.

Erfahrungsgemäß werden wir hier in Wertheim - im Tal mit zwei Flüssen liegend - in den kommenden Monaten die Sonne selten zu Gesicht bekommen. Das war in der frühen Herbstphase noch anders.

In October I finally also found the first - beautiful fly amanitas of this year. Unfortunately, the fly agaric is not an edible mushroom.

Im Oktober habe ich endlich auch die ersten - wunderschönen Fliegenpilze dieses Jahres gefunden. Leider ist der Fliegenpilz kein Speisepilz.

I'm curious if the temperatures will still be enough for a phase of boletus on the mushroom front. The poisonous (green-leaf) sulfur cap is in late autumn with us a mass mushroom and pleases my eye. But since it is poisonous, of course it does not go into the cooking pot.

Ich bin gespannt, ob es von den Temperaturen noch für eine Phase der Röhrlinge an der Pilzfront reichen wird. Der giftige Grünblättrige Schwefelkopf ist im späten Herbst bei uns ein Massenpilz und erfreut mein Auge. Aber da er giftig ist, wandert er natürlich nicht in den Kochtopf.
