We Are One...Game Changer...#TTT
Hello Music lovers...
It's another exciting week to share the #ttt initiated by @ablaze.
How much I love to share African songs for the #ttt so we will be travelling to the Republic of Benin 🇧🇯
This is a very beautiful song that reminds us to spread love wherever we go regardless of our skin color or nationality.
This song talks about love and life and how we get to understand certain things in life as we grow older.
While we were younger we all made plans as to how we wanted our life to be, but life and uncertainties set in to remind us that we do not have control over certain things in life, which means we must learn to take one day at a time and be prepared to face anything life throws at us.
The only thing that helps us get through the tough times is the love and kindness around us which is why we must learn to spread love everywhere we find ourselves.
Game Changer - Flavor
Now we are in Nigeria.
Welcome to a land with a diversity of cultures, where musicians take pride in singing in their dialect and showing off their beautiful heritage.
Flavor is a musician who knows his onions so much, he knows the right beat to his song which leaves you with no other choice but to dance.
The intro of this song is what I loved most, how he took pride in the kind of person he is.
This guy is such a creative artist, and truly there are levels to some songs..haha
Tell me you didn't move your body? Haha, I caught you, didn't I?
This song is mostly played in traditional gatherings, where there is a lot of traditional food like Abacha, Nkwobi, palm wine and the like.
Then you see the men showing off with their money haha, one thing I love about the Igbo traditional wedding.
Then they begin to dance and show off their rich cultural heritage with their beautiful cultural attire.
If you've attended such a party, you should understand better.
I hope you enjoyed the choice for this week and maybe dance to any one of them. Thank you for listening.
