Teamwork: Let the light in you shine! #TTT

This is a very exciting moment for me as I choose to share three songs with the theme #Teamwork for this week's #ttt by @ablaze.

Wait, don't tell me you haven't heard of the project by the #Dreemport team on the Newbie Marathon for July.

Well, As for me and my Team members, we have laced up our shoes and are ready to run this race to the finish line.

The power of working in unison is compared to none, it's like having cheerleaders cheering you to keep going when you feel tired on the way.

I am sharing this song for all teams who will be joining this #NewbieMarathonInitiative to stay focused and work in unity.

The goal is to achieve one common goal, so stay united and enjoy the journey, sharing love and encouragement on each step.

We all have battles we fight every time, either to outgrow something or to learn something and it's always futile without genuine people supporting you each step of the way, so this song here suggests having the best team on your side to conquer whatever battle you may have to fight.

The newbies here, fight to find their balance, having to be heard and seen and they need people to support them.

For the old timers here, they fight to maintain the reputation they have had by being up and diligent, they also fight to make new and sincere friends and stay consistent here in Hive.

The question is, do you have a team? It's about time to find people who genuinely want you to grow and succeed, find people who correct you with love when you are going astray, and work together as a team!!!

You should be tilting your head to this song if you've seen the movie #Letitshine.

As this song implies, we should not be hiding in our shells, come out of them and bloom, please let your light shine.

It is about time to discard anything stopping your shine, be it fear, feeling inadequate, or whatever it could be.

Okay guys, by now we are all ready to run this race of the new initiative, I can't wait and I know you can't too!!

The goal is to enjoy our stay here in the hive and be a helping hand to those who find it hard to navigate their way here in the hive.
