My friend is getting married today and I'm so emotional.
Love is indeed a beautiful thing, if shared with the right person. They become your home,your best friend and all in one. You're just elated to be around them.
Few years ago, she was heartbroken, I recalled how she cried and ask if she'll ever be loved again. Her last made her felt like she wasn't enough, and that she was the problem.
She doubted her worth that she needed constant reminder to feel worthy again. Some people will come into your life and ruin you and even trample upon your self-esteem.
Two years later, she's now getting married to her always and forever. One who not only love her, but makes her feel seen, heard and understood.
One who will choose her over and over again in a sea of people. It's very important that, we don't settle for less or become so desperate to be with people who aren't really into us.
Once they make you feel like you're not worthy of their love, don't bother them again. Find peace knowing that yours will not make you confused. The one who really loves you will be consistent.
I can't wait to see her walk down the aisle with her only one. I'll be in the midst of the crowd cheering her on.
This is a reminder that you're worthy to be loved properly. You deserve what you desire and that one day, that which your heart desires will find you.
