Vibes Wed3 Music Competition Week41 cover by Instumental: “Just the two of us”🎸

Hola comunidad Vibes, me alegra mucho volver a compartir música con ustedes. En esta ocasión traigo una versión instrumental de un tema que seguramente muchos reconocen: “Just the Two of Us”.

Decidí hacerlo únicamente con mi guitarra eléctrica y mi pedalera Flatsons KMF-1, usando algunos loops para construir las diferentes capas. Primero grabé una base rítmica sencilla, luego añadí acordes para darle armonía, y sobre eso fui creando las melodías principales. Aunque toqué solo, el resultado tiene un sonido más completo y lleno, casi como si hubiera varios instrumentos conversando entre sí.

Mi intención fue mantener la suavidad y el carácter melódico de la canción original, pero también darle un toque personal. Con el multiefectos pude jugar con sonidos limpios y cristalinos, que creo que combinan bien con la atmósfera relajada que transmite el tema.

Grabarlo fue muy divertido, porque cada capa me invitaba a improvisar y a dejarme llevar por la música. Espero que esta versión les transmita la misma calma y buena vibra que yo sentí al interpretarla. Gracias siempre a la comunidad por recibir con tanto cariño cada aporte.

Hello Vibes community, I’m really happy to share music with you once again. This time I bring an instrumental version of a song that many of you will surely recognize: “Just the Two of Us.”

I decided to work on it using only my electric guitar and my Flatsons KMF-1 multi-effects pedal, creating a few loops to build the different layers. I started with a simple rhythmic base, then added chords to set the harmony, and finally placed the main melodies on top. Even though I played alone, the result feels fuller, almost as if several instruments were interacting with each other.

My intention was to keep the smooth and melodic spirit of the original, while adding my own personal touch. The multi-effects pedal allowed me to explore clean, crystalline sounds that fit nicely with the relaxed atmosphere of the tune.

Recording it was a lot of fun, because each layer inspired me to improvise and let the music guide the flow. I truly hope this version gives you the same sense of calm and good vibes that I felt while playing it. Thanks to the community for always welcoming each contribution with so much warmth.
