Hi ya 👋 @thelogicaldude! A lot of buzz has been about @blocktunes over at the daily live sessions of Creative Work Hour @creativeworkhour
We’ve had some log in issues on @blocktunes on Sun, 23 August.
Yesterday we tried to purchase a Master of one of the trending tracks. No luck. Just pending. We talked it out over at the https://creativeworkhour.com/discord but don’thave a working suggestion yet.
We’re super excited for what you’re building, as we stream no less than 60 hours of curated music for our flow sessions every month.

We have a bug report system with our chat support agent, Harmony, that is preferred to be used so it can properly try and log the issues.
I would love to know a bit more detail about what you are encountering with logging in as I haven't been able to see any issues as I have been testing on multiple computers, browsers, and accounts.
What song were you trying to purchase? I need to know the details so I can look at the logs, also something Harmony can help with.
Oh, good to know about Harmony. Now I know what to search for. 🔍
It was my live introduction of @blocktunes to the crew of Creative Work Hour, so when the log in didn’t take, it was a good thing that the back up plan was to at least stream the first 45 seconds of @nicklewis’ The Lighthouse.
Let me go see what progress I can make today. If I hit the glitches again, I’ll use Harmony.
bottom right hand corner of the screen is the chat bubble. She'll try to search your account, the logs, etc, if she can't find the issue, then you can submit the bug report right in the window. It gives me a break down of your chat, and Harmony's suggestions which really gives me a handy place to start looking for issues.

I did find where the purchase attempt was started by the creativeworkhour account, but doesn't look like the transaction was ever made. I can't see where there was any HBD sent.
This search did reveal an issue that may have been part of the cause that I have fixed, I think. So for the Masters purchase, I would just say try again.
As far as the login issues. I have been doing a BUNCH of development work over the past week and weekend, so if you ran into any issues, it was probably from catching it while some update builds were happening. Other than that, there shouldn't be any reason you can't login because I have asked others and nobody has had any issues logging in recently outside of times that I was actively working.

Great news though! After a few minutes of watching for the HBD to be sent, I get the desired result.
@nicklewis ‘ The Lighthouse is the first Master purchase by @creativeworkhour for use at our daily co-working sessions.

Harmony's backing LLM model is a text only model right now, so she wouldn't be able to see a screenshot. But feel free to share it here or on the Blocktunes discord and I'll be happy to look at it.
Wow! Imagine a blockchain where all our frontends have an LLM backed support.
What with our 100+ dApps, we wouldn’t have to keep deleting Discord servers to bring them back under 100 quantity! 😂
Yeah, the next step is to actually look into some sort of chat situation where I can get rid of Discord all together. But that's a big build.

My dream for @creativeworkhour is to have one tool for asynchronous community interaction & synchronous interaction.
We run CWH on Zoom to get the quality audio & video that Discord can’t offer us for our 3 or more events per day.
We run CWH on Discord for the continuity of our crew who attend, to show our daily investment in Hive, to track couple hours of music with stream every day, and celebrate wins and projects.
We host composers, producers, event organisers, musicians, game designers, traders, painters, authors, and academics from up to 8 different time zones each day.
So if you can crack that nut, I’d love to hear about it! 👏

I did go in and add a way to upload an image to a bug report based on your feedback.
That’s awesome. Sometimes what we describe on the user end doesn’t always translate on the builder end. Saves time and hastens the fix.
