Would I be a great guitarist?

Sometimes I wonder why good rock bands usually end up separated after a period of time? Of course, the answer to this question is not easy since it depends a lot on each case but in general terms it is because the philosophies of the members of the group take different directions and for a rock band to be successful there must be a harmony between its members. For a band to be successful, all members must be comfortable with what they do, and work with passion to achieve the necessary harmony that will lead all its members to success.

I am Jose De Marzo, for me it is very gratifying to be participating in this community for the first time, I am not in any way a musician but today I will be developing the theme of the weekend and I will tell you why I would like to be the main guitarist of a band.

I am currently studying graphic design, however in the past I have already been involved with other arts such as painting or photography, although the latter is not considered as such if it has the foundations to be so in every way. Thanks to this I have developed an interest in a specific type of art, in this case music, however, because I have a motor disability that prevents me from using my hands, I have left the interest in these arts a little aside.

I must confess that I have not been involved in Music perhaps due to lack of time, or because I do not know how to start because I am sure that if I get an opportunity to enter I would develop my own methods to function without problems in the area. This has already happened with painting and drawing as I mentioned earlier, developing the ability to paint, write and draw completely using the mouth. In the past I have already shared some drawing work on this platform. It also happened in the area of programming and software development, in 2018 when I entered the university to study software engineering I did not know anything about this area, however, putting all the effort possible I managed to learn to program fluently and currently it is the skill that generates income for me.

Knowing all the aforementioned, and above all knowing myself, I can say that if I will have to venture into the world of music, I would develop a method album to play the guitar and above all to be at the head of a band as a main guitarist. Although I also like drums, I have always dreamed of being on a stage playing the guitar with a lot of energy. I also like to sing but realistically I don't have the best voice and I don't think I would stand out as much as I would as a guitarist.

One of the bands that inspire me the most and that would be the reason why I would get involved with music is My Chemical Romance, my favorite band of all time thanks to the seriousness they take when creating their works of art and all the implicit context they add to their works. They recently regrouped after many years of being separated and returned to the game with a song that simply represents it and is a summary of everything they did in the past. The song is called Foundations Of Decay, and it is a piece that basically tells us how Gerard Way, its vocalist has progressed during all these years.

It is impossible to mention My Chemical Romance and not to mention his masterpiece The Black Parade an album that does not feel that it is composed of separate songs if not, that feels like a great piece of art that contains a well-developed story and that makes you enter a different world when you play it.
