Hello everyone!
It’s another beautiful opportunity to be part of Praise and Worship Week #68, and I’m so excited to join in. The theme for this week is “Vitality,” and the moment I saw it, I knew it was a powerful and timely topic. In the world we live in today, where many are tired, worn out, and spiritually low, there is a deep need for renewed strength and spiritual vitality.

For this reason, I chose to do a cover of the song “I Want More of You” by Sinach, a renowned Nigerian gospel artist, songwriter, and senior worship leader. This song aligns perfectly with the theme because true vitality, both spiritual and emotional, can only come from God. Her song is a heart-cry, a pure expression of hunger and desire for more of God’s presence. It reflects the deep longing many of us have to stay strong in our faith and spiritually alive.

As Matthew 7:7 says, “Ask and you shall receive.” That scripture reminds me that we can go to God and request more of His presence, grace, and strength and he will answer. That’s what inspired me to render this song, as it gives me a renewed sense of confidence and spiritual energy whenever I listen to it.

I must also appreciate the original composition. The songwriter, backup singers, instrumentalists, and production team all did a phenomenal job. The sound is uplifting, and it blessed me greatly.
