Rainy Season Festival in Cambodia.🙏💕🌹

Hello ladies and gentlemen, Today I have the opportunity to share with you some of the things that are happening in my country. The beginning of this month is the rainy season for my country, which is clearly called the rainy season fall.

During this rainy season, monks can not go to Ben Bhat or to anywhere. Therefore, we and nuns always raise this suffix to supply the monks at the pagoda. It is popular to take Ting Mong statues with strange faces and large shapes and bring them to the music scene to collect some suffixes from the people to supply the monks at pagoda.

This morning, the procession arrived at my home ,I also donated some money to the pagoda abbot and some dancers who were dancing in front of my house. Ting Mong was dancing in front of my house. My daughter was scared . She ran into the room . She did not dare to come out, until Ting Mong go disappeared, she just ran out to look at behind.

Some of the boys and the girls were not afraid, they followed Ting Mong and he even danced with Ting Mong. Ting Mong has different shapes as they are decorated. I do not laugh because when I was a child, I was scared like my daughter too.

Ting Mong danced to the music for about 5 minutes, I put the money to Ting Mong and Acha, then Ting Mong agreed to stop dancing and move on. Ting Mong in procession is the Ting Mong of Kampong Svay pagoda, which is located about 50 km away from my village.
