It's a lo-fi recording with a phone, so the sound is rather bad, and the vocals are indistinct. This is especially true for bands like this that make a lot of noise :)
What they sing probably has some meaning because most of these punk or hard-core bands are committed. They take what they do very seriously, whether politically or otherwise.
