Hello everyone, welcome to Afri- Tunes community week #87, I'm @adyma and this is my second time posting here in this wonderful community.

For this week, I will be presenting my second entry for the week which is a song by Ayra Starr titled "Rush"
This song has been one of the trending songs in afrobeats, apple store and other musical apps that we might think of.

Ayra Starr is specifically singing about money. How she has no time for talking, she is only interested in money and has to hustle to put food on the table.

As with many music generally, the song is not coherent but there is an underlying message.

 Her hustling is paying off, infact over-flowing as she tells enemies who are chasing her – checking if she is really making money, if her kudi is really ‘rushing’.Kudi means money in Hausa language originating from Northern Nigeria
    
  Rush Meaning rests majorly on the fact that while people are obsessed with their own version of her life, Ayra Starr is on her path trying to do what she does best with her life.
        
 The song talks about how people have dedicated themselves to pulling others down and measuring the amount of their success.
