El pasado Viernes 04 de Agosto nos reunimos en el Fuerte de Santa María de la Cabeza, al lado de la Iglesia Santa Inés de la Ciudad de Cumaná para rendir un homenaje especial a mi querida María José Ruiz Blohm, comida en ésta plataforma como @mariajruizb quien estuvo activa durante muchos años en éste espacio. Su esposo @danieldedosd2 actual director de la Fundación Arte & Ópera organizó un concierto con quienes fueron los alumnos de mi bella María y mostrar a todos los habitantes de nuestra ciudad el gran trabajo que se ha venido haciendo en ésta importante fundación
Last Friday August 4th we gathered at the Fort of Santa María de la Cabeza, next to the Santa Inés Church in the city of Cumaná to pay a special tribute to my dear María José Ruiz Blohm, known on this platform as @mariajruizb who was active for many years in this space. Her husband @danieldedosd2 current director of the Art & Opera Foundation organized a concert with those who were the students of my beautiful Maria and show all the inhabitants of our city the great work that has been done in this important foundation.
Iniciamos el homenaje con las palabras de su esposo @danieldedosd2 dando unas gratas palabras de bienvenida a los presentes, también contando un poco sobre el trabajo que venía realizando con María así como también la creación de la coral en honor a su nombre " Coral María Ruiz" que nació hace un año luego de su partida física y que se ha presentado en varias oportunidades en eventos importantes de nuestra localidad. Soy parte de ésta fundación, también de ésta maravillosa coral dónde existen personas nobles , amorosas y sobretodo que son excelentes artistas
We began the tribute with the words of her husband @danieldedosd2 giving a few words of welcome to those present, also telling a little about the work he had been doing with Maria as well as the creation of the choir in honor of her name "Coral Maria Ruiz" which was born a year ago after her physical departure and has been presented on several occasions in major events in our town. I am part of this foundation, also of this wonderful choir where there are noble, loving and above all excellent artists.
El concierto estuvo estructurado con piezas corales denominadas "Lacrymosa" y "Ave Verum Corpus", también la presentación de algunos solistas que forman parte de la coral y miembros de la Fundación Arte & Ópera que funciona en la ciudad de Cumaná. Los aplausos, las lágrimas y el amor se hicieron sentir esa bella tarde. Sus amigos de siempre, su familiares también asistieron para homenajear a nuestra bella María. También prensas locales asistieron para conversar un poco con sus amistades más cercanas sobre el trabajo que hizo María José @mariajruizb y sobre el significado que tenía para cada uno. Sin duda alguna fue una hermosa velada.
The concert was structured with choral pieces called "Lacrymosa" and "Ave Verum Corpus", also the presentation of some soloists who are part of the choir and members of the Art & Opera Foundation that works in the city of Cumaná. The applause, tears and love were felt that beautiful afternoon. Her long time friends and family members also attended to pay tribute to our beautiful Maria. Local press also attended to talk a little with their closest friends about the work that María José @mariajruizb did and the meaning it had for each one of them. Without a doubt it was a beautiful evening
Todos lo que conocimos a @mariajruizb sabemos que fué una excelente mujer, madre, amiga, esposa y cantante; que siempre tenía una palabra de aliento para cualquier persona, sus abrazos eran terapia para sanar. Duele mucho su pérdida física pero sabemos que está en un lugar especial y que su propósito en la tierra fue cumplido y que además su legado seguirá vivo entre los que aún seguimos aquí batallando en éste planeta. All of us who knew @mariajruizb know that she was an excellent woman, mother, friend, wife and singer; that she always had a word of encouragement for anyone, her hugs were therapy for healing. It hurts a lot her physical loss but we know that she is in a special place and that her purpose on earth was fulfilled and that her legacy will live on among those of us who are still here battling on this planet. Que hermoso amiga yo lamento no haber estado, pero ahorita todo lo malo que nos ha pasado este último año me explotó y no tuve el valor de ir, hay momentos en la vida que es mejor no estar, Maria sabe cuánto la ame y el porque no estuve allí, ayer no pude seguir siendo fuerte, saludos

That was a very nice thing to do, remembering her, keeping her memory alive. Judging from the photos, there were quite many attending.

Its really great to remember our love ones once in a while, the woman must be very good to be remembered by so much people, she must have done alot of great things to people
