A DAY IN THE LIFE by The Beatles (Cover)
Who doesn't know the album Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band? It's hard to ignore it. It was 1967. Well, I was caught by the song "A day in the life." Without a doubt one of the iconic songs in The Beatles' discography, and no wonder, this became a truly strange and mysterious song due to the content of its lyrics.
It is speculated that John relied on a newspaper story about Tara Browne's death due to a car accident. However, Lennon always denied that this had been his inspiration. In any case, this whole atmosphere of uncertainty only enhanced this wonderful song.
Therefore, it's an honor for me, and why not say it?, a great daring to allow myself to sing it for you with all my love.

Quién no conoce el álbum Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band? Es dificil ignorarlo. Era 1967. Pues bien, a mí me atrapó "A day in the life". Sin duda uno de los temas icónicos de la discografía de The Beatles, y no es para menos, éste se convirtió en un tema realmente extraño y misterioso por el contenido de su lírica.
Se especula que John se basó en una nota del periódico sobre la muerte de Tara Browne debido a un accidente automovilístico. No obstante, Lennon siempre negó que ése había sido su motivo de inspiración.
En todo caso, toda esta atmósfera de incertidumbre no hizo más que engrandecer esta canción maravillosa.
Por lo que, es para mí un honor, y por qué no decirlo, un gran atrevimiento permitirme cantarlo para ustedes con todo mi amor.
