Hi everyone, I'm @adese and I am so glad to be a partaker in this week's edition.

Growing up, one of the things that I have really come to enjoy is the fact that music have a way of communicating to me what I might not even realised by myself and over the years I have learnt not to joke with it actually. Over the years, I have listened to a lot of music that has shaped and helped to keep me alive when I was down and today I will be sharing with us one of the songs I didn't always joke with which has helped me a lot.

Oceans rise by Hillsong has been one of my favourite song over the years. Not only that because Hillsong is one of my favourite music band but because the song resonate with me. The lyrics carries so much power and message that I didn't joke with. I actually remember hearing this song for the first time and quickly went to research who sang this song.

I downloaded the song from YouTube and continue to play it because at that particular time, I was really facing hard times in my life and it looks like all hope is been lost. But I actually realise that there is still hope. The more I listen to the song and the more I sing out the lyrics in the music, the more I feel strength and energy flowing through my spirit.

It has been over two years now that I have actually listen to the song and I must confess that it is with so much joy I have been able to learn so much from it. Till today, I will still recommend the song to anyone who is facing hard time in life and I am so sure you will definitely love the song as you listen to it, don't forget to give me the feedback.
