En la década de los 90 brillaron muchos géneros a nivel musical, por supuesto el pop estuvo entre ellos, así que hoy en este #ninitiesfriday dejaré una lista de algunas de las canciones del pop que sonaron en esa década, que todavía hoy resuenan. Así que comencemos

Comencemos con uno de los mayores éxitos de la Reina de pop, Vogue es una de las canciones icónicas de los 90, lanzada precisamente en 1990, formo parte del álbum de Madonna titulado I'm Breathless, creo haber mencionado esta canción en una publicación anterior, su video en blanco y negro y los pasos de los bailarines fueron un boom entre los jóvenes, al menos aquí en Venezuela muchos buscaron recrear esos pasos y no había lugar en el que no sonara esta canción.

Hablemos un poco de éxitos en español. La canción Estoy Aquí, de la cantante y compositora Shakira salió en su algún debut titulado Pies Descalzos. Su letra es pegajosa y todavía hoy es reconocida como uno de los éxitos de la cantante. El video musical de la canción muestra a la cantante interpretando la canción con una guitarra en diferentes estaciones del año y espacios, entre los que destacan dos: un granero (verano) y un porche (invierno)

Esta es sin duda una de las canciones que más se han escuchado tras ser lanzada al aire y aún hoy suena con éxito. Su lanzamiento fue en 1998. Este tema dance pop representó un cambio radical en la dirección musical de la cantante Cher, respecto a sus trabajos anteriores. La letra de la canción se centra en el empoderamiento tras una ruptura romántica. En el video musical se ve a Cher en un club nocturno cantando y, por otro lado, se ve a una chica, que asiste al club con amigos y en el mismo se encuentra con su exnovio. Ella, se ve afectada al verlo, ya lo ve mientras él coquetea y se besa con otra.

Esta es también una de las canciones más recordada de la década de los noventa, compuesta e interpretada por los hermanos Hanson, cuando eran unos jovencitos, fue un éxito inmediato, creo que además de su ritmo, su éxito se debió al ver en el video a los tres hermanos tocando y disfrutando de distintos lugares, la letra de la canción nos recuerda lo fugaz del tiempo y la importancia de aferrarse a las cosas que realmente importan en la vida, especialmente las relaciones importantes.

Esta canción fue el primer sencillo del tercer álbum del trío estadounidense TLC, su letra trata de una relación anterior la cual es descrita como un error, uno sus fuertes es la introducción de la canción, que sin duda es recordada por todos los que llegamos a escucharla, en cuanto a su video musical está ambientado en una estación espacial futurista, donde el trío vestía trajes metálicos plateados y azules
