The Halloween Candy Game is inside the PEPE Game and you need an Invite to enter the PEPE Game.
Once you are Invited into PEPE Game, you do not need PEPE to play the Halloween Candy Game, but you will need Battle Cards to play the PEPE Game. You will need at least 1 card pack, or maybe 2 depending on which cards you get. You can get packs for 0.5 HBD each. Packs have 3 cards and you need at least 3 cards to play the game.
